Services Description
Quick Gem Solutions provides software development, consulting, and related services. All projects are subject to individual agreements and scope definitions.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for: • Providing accurate project requirements • Timely communication and feedback • Payment according to agreed terms • Compliance with applicable laws
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for delivered work remain with Quick Gem Solutions until full payment is received. Upon completion, rights transfer to the client as per agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Quick Gem Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Payment Terms
- • 50% advance payment for project initiation
- • 25% upon milestone completion
- • 25% upon project delivery
- • All payments due within 15 days of invoice
- • Late payments subject to interest charges
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
